Arkansas Packraft offers a full refund within 30 days of purchase for all products less discounts, unless ordered through our Custom Shop or marked "no return" or "final sale." This Return Policy applies to unused products only. Products showing signs of use will forfeit 50% of the purchase price after discounts.

Return Process

To return a product within the 30-day money back guarantee, the Buyer must ship it prepaid and insured to Arkansas Packraft. The Buyer is responsible for all shipping and insurance costs. Uninsured products lost or damaged during return shipment is the Buyer’s responsibility.

Limited Lifetime Warranty

Arkansas Packraft warrants its products to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product. This warranty only applies to the original owner and is not transferable. Original proof of purchase is required. Claims under this warranty must be made directly to Arkansas Packraft, 18563 Meadowview, Siloam Springs, AR. 72761. The customer’s sole and exclusive remedy under this limited warranty will be for Arkansas Packraft to repair or replace the defective product, at Arkansas Packraft’s sole discretion. Except as described herein, Arkansas Packraft makes no other warranties, guaranties, or representations of any type (express or implied), and all warranties (including any implied warranties of reasonable care, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose) are hereby disclaimed. This warranty is limited to the terms set forth below.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To make a warranty claim, you must first email Arkansas Packraft directly. You will need to provide a dated receipt as proof of purchase from our online store. See our WARRANTY SERVICE REQUEST page for instructions.

Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of all Packraft’s, Stand Up Paddle Boards, and Accessories manufactured and sold by Arkansas Packraft.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

• Alteration or modification of the product
• Improper or unreasonable use or maintenance
• Misuse, abuse, accidents, neglect, fire, deterioration or improper packing
• Non-compliance with manufacturer specifications of usage
• Subjecting the product to usage and forces beyond its design
• Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to wear and tear on seams, tubes, and floors. Wear and tear parts are subject to damage as a result of normal use.
• Failure to maintain according to Arkansas Packraft recommendations and/or usage in conditions or applications other than recommended.
• Spray decks, seats, and all attachment points are covered by a 1-year warranty in materials and workmanship. These items are designed to be lightweight at the expense of durability and longevity under normal use.
• Damages caused by the use of 3rd part parts not manufactured or sold by Arkansas Packraft. This includes the use of parts sold by Arkansas Packraft but used outside of the recommendations for and proper usage.
• Damages resulting from commercial and rental use.
• Acts of God or nature

TIZIP Zipper Warranty

The TIZIP storage zipper has a separate 1-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship solely with respect to the installation of the zipper. The Ti-Zip zipper is not covered by this warranty. This warranty applies from the original date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required. 

Ti-Zip zippers require specialized care and maintenance to operate correctly. Failure to keep your Ti-Zip zipper properly maintained will void your Ti-Zip zipper installation warranty.

Who is Covered

Only the original purchaser is covered by this warranty. The warranty is not transferable.

What Arkansas Packraft Will Provide

Under this warranty, Arkansas Packraft will, at its sole discretion, offer one of the following remedies to whatever extent it shall deem necessary to satisfy a proper claim:

1. Repair: We will repair any defective parts free of charge for necessary materials and labor to restore the product to its proper operating condition. We will also cover return shipping costs.
2. Replacement: We will replace your product with the same or comparable product at or above the same function as the original purchased item.
3. Refund: We will issue a refund of the original purchase price, less any discounts.

Shipping Costs for Warranty Claims

The Buyer is responsible for shipping the product to Arkansas Packraft or the authorized dealer for warranty claims. Arkansas Packraft will cover return shipping costs after the warranty service is complete. If this product is returned uninsured, the Buyer assumes all risks of loss or damage during shipment.

Limitation of Liability

The maximum liability or Arkansas Packraft under this warranty is limited to the original purchase price of the product less discounts. To the maximum extent permitted by law, In no event shall Arkansas Packraft or its 3rd party suppliers and manufacturers be responsible for any direct, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from any breach of warranty or condition, or under any other legal theory.
