REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

Our packrafts and other inflatable products are built to order. Because each paddler needs to be sized and may choose special features, we ensure each boat is built to spec. Because of this, customers need to ensure they select the right product prior to purchase. Once the purchase is made, orders are sent on Mondays and Fridays to the manufacturing team to being production. If you believe you made an error or decide after purchase you want to make a modification to the order (i.e. spray deck, size), it is possible to make a quick adjustment for a couple days depending on when the order was placed. We will do our best, but this cannot be guaranteed after purchase is complete.

Cancellation & Modification Fee’s

Once an order has been placed, an order can only be cancelled or modified within 3 days. If an order is cancelled within that time, we will charge a $50 cancellation or modification fee.

Lead Times

If a modification to the order is made after purchase, then a delay in up to 1 week may occur as your order will be pushed the next production window.

Depending on the time of year, or holiday’s, the average lead time is 4-5 weeks from order to delivery. Once the item is complete, we will full-fill and ship the order, and you will receive an email update with tracking information.

Custom Shop Orders

Custom Shop orders may not be refunded, modified, returned, or exchanged after 3 days of order purchase.

30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Return Policy

Arkansas Packraft offers returns on all purchases within 30 days of delivery, with a few exceptions. Here's a breakdown of our policy:

  • Standard Return Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to unused, non-sale items returned within 30 days.
  • Exceptions: "Custom shop," "no return," and "final sale" items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
  • Used Items: No returns or exchanges will be accepted if the boat or product is dirty (including pet hair), or has been damaged or modified in any way.

To start a return, you must CONTACT US first to receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA#). The Buyer is responsible for insuring the return shipment and covering the shipping costs. Uninsured packages are at the Buyers risk in case of loss or damage during return shipping.

Process for Starting a Return

Before You Go Paddling

We recommend inflating and inspecting your packraft for fit and size before taking it on an adventure. If your purchase at full price does not meet your expectations and has not been used, we will exchange it or accept a return as follows.

Product(s) should be
  • Returned within 30 days from delivery date
  • In new and sellable condition, in original packaging with all printed materials, parts and accessories
  • Buyer must notify Arkansas Packraft for any missing or incorrect items in your package within 30 days of receiving the order.
  • All returns will be inspected to ensure they meet our policy guidelines
Request a Return Authorization Number (RMA#)
  • Complete the form below to Contact Us and receive an RMA# to start a return.
  • All returns must be authorized to be returned.
  • Write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the box and on a copy of the original packing slip which should be packed inside the box
  • We will refuse and reject all returned packages if there is no Return Authorization Number marked outside of the box. This is how we sort, inspect, and return them and cannot associate them to your purchase without it.
Restocking Fee
  • No returns or exchanges will be accepted if the boat or product is dirty (including pet hair), or has been damaged or modified in any way.
  • All authorized returned items in new condition are subject to a 15% restocking fee
  • All authorized returned items in used condition are subject to a 50% restocking fee
Shipping Charges
  • In addition to a restocking fee, customer will be responsible for return shipping charges that range from $15 to $150 depending on product and location. Typically, the cost will be similar to the shipping charges when first purchased.
  • Shipping charges are refunded only when the wrong product was shipped, or product was defective upon receipt.
Refund Method & Timeline
  • Credit will always be issued to the same credit card to which they were charged.
  • We will issue a refund within 1-2 weeks of receiving, inspecting, and processing your return.
  • Credit card refunds can take up to 30 days to show up on your statement.
Sale Items & Custom Shop orders
  • No returns can be made on clearance sale items and Custom Shop orders; these are considered “final sales.”
Non-Inflatable Product Returns, Modifications, or Additions
  • For non-inflatable product returns, these may be exchanged or returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price less shipping charges.
  • While you are waiting for your made-to-order packraft or other inflatable products, you may wish to add or modify other items in your order. To modify, please use the returns from below to start a modification. To add something to your order, please start a new order. If this new order does not have inflatable or custom shop products, the new order will ship out within 2-3 business days.
